He is a firm believer in patient education and empowerment to allow the patient to understand their problem and effectively use exercise and other management techniques to manage and treat the problem in between treatment sessions. His areas of clinical interest include low back pain, orthotic prescription, shoulder and neck pain and sports and exercise related injuries. Away from work, Ian has a keen interest in health and fitness and regularly practices in resistance training, running and cycling.
