personal trainingPhysioCare offer a Personal Training service in both our Blanchardstown and Carrickmines clinics. This service is particularly aimed at those who may be recovering from an injury or have specific body goals such as weight loss or muscle gain. Some of our typical typical patients would include (ex) low back pain sufferers and post injury recovery. Apart from that we see clients who just want to lose weight and those who want to be in better shape in a private environment with medical supports on site. Your training is one-on-one with your personal trainer and you have the entire gym space to yourselves to complete your hour long training sessions. We can facilitate client appointments to work around your schedule – as early as 7:00a.m. Monday – Saturday and have private changing and shower facilities. 12 sessions for €649: Your personal training is goal based and tailored to reach your desired results whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or to manage your aches and pains. It is recommended to maintain your fitness regime to meet your goals once and for all. We offer a package with Ray in the Blanchardstown clinic where if you purchase 12 sessions at once, you pay the discounted package cost of €649.
