PhysioCare services exist to help you get and feel better. One-to-one Physiotherapy Treatment sessions are carried out in our private and spacious treatment rooms across our five Dublin clinics. We also have gait analysis technology in our treatment rooms to carry out Orthotics assessments and fittings (this is known as a biomechanical assessment). Other medical technologies we have onsite include Shockwave and Ultrasound Therapy. If you cannot make it into one of our clinics, we have a Home Visit service where our Chartered Physiotherapists can come to you to treat you in the comfort of your own home and assess your surroundings for risk and rehabilitation effectiveness. Our team treat a varied caseload weekly and between them have a wealth of experience on how to treat the human body.

“Clinic was spotless. No waiting when arrived – seen at time of agreed appointment. All staff lovely.”
– Emer, Dublin (Physiotherapy Patient)

Exercise Therapy is a proven form of treatment for many common injuries and conditions such as Arthritis, Back Pain, Foot Pain and Neck Pain for example. Knowing this, we have PhysioGym spaces in our Blanchardstown and Carrickmines clinics where active rehabilitation takes place. Pilates classes are held weekly with beginners, maintenance and general level classes available. The benefits of Pilates are numerous regardless of your background and condition and it is suitable from everybody from the back pain sufferer, the older person and pregnant women (up to 20 weeks). Personal Training sessions are also held in the PhysioGym. These one-to-one sessions between you and your personal trainer are an hour long where you have the entire PhysioGym space to yourself. Looking to lose weight, tone up or have a sports specific goal? Personal Training will help you reach these goals and will improve your physical and nutritional lifestyle. Group Exercise Classes are also held in the PhysioGym with a focus on getting and staying active. These classes include Corrective Exercise, The Better Neck Programme and Fitness50. PhysioCare is open Monday – Saturday with appointment times available from 7:00am – 8:00pm.
