PhysioCare are a big believer in this and as such we ensure to implement even basic exercises and stretches as part of your treatment plan to help you get and feel better and to maximise your outcome. Our efforts in this include multiple qualified personal trainers as part of our expert team and also two state-of-the-art and fully equipped PhysioGym spaces in both our Blanchardstown and Carrickmines clinics.

As part of your Physiotherapy Treatment, your PhysioCare Chartered Physiotherapist will prescribe and guide you through some exercises and stretches that you can complete at home in between treatment sessions to manage your pain when it strikes. As part of our promise of patient-focus and high quality care, we have made these exercises available to view on our website and are also available to view as a suite of high-quality, step-by-step guided videos. If they think it is necessary, you may be prescribed by your Physiotherapist to have some private one-to-one personal training sessions in the PhysioGym or to avail of our group based classes to improve your condition.
