Sarah has a great amount of experience in both private clinical practice and also in the sporting field and was Physiotherapist to the Tralee International Marathon Race Series 2013/2014. A qualified Stott Pilates instructor, she utilises many different techniques to help her patients get and feel better including muscle energy techniques and myofascial. Outside of work from the Butterfield and Rathfarnham clinics, Sarah has completed many marathons and is also a qualified PADI Rescue Diver.

Deirdre enjoys the treatment and diagnoses of acute injuries, the rehabilitation involved with all post-operative patients and has a keen interest in all pre and post-natal injuries. She is also qualified in dry needling, DMA Pilates and the use of kinesio taping. Deirdre has treated patients in both Australia and New Zealand where she gained a deeper knowledge and understanding of acute injuries. She now works out of our Blanchardstown and Castleknock clinics.
