She has strong beliefs in patient education and uses a mixture of hands-on techniques, tailored exercise therapy and self-management approaches in her treatment sessions. Aileen’s love of all things sport and exercise carries through to her day to day work where she has a keen interest in the treatment and management of sports injuries. Other clinical areas of interest to Aileen include low back pain, knee pain and women’s health issues. She is also working towards attaining her qualification in dry needling and as a clinical pilates instructor. Outside of work Aileen enjoys being active by going to the gym or for a run and playing GAA.
