Additional Information
PhysioCare at home consists of a dedicated Home Visit team who are highly experienced dealing with issues and conditions on a daily basis tailored to the needs of the individual by offer physiotherapy at home. Our Chartered Physiotherapists administer physiotherapy treatment to you or a loved one in the home environment and prescribe you with a progressive home exercise plan to maintain your recovery and self-management of pain in between the Home Visits. Home Visits are a great way to continue rehabilitation following a hospital visit as many patients who see a physiotherapist every day while in hospital/convalescence will miss the consistent support of physiotherapy treatment while they are recovering.
