These cover a wide range of disciplines that are applicable to almost every part of the body. Some comprise of simple stretches to relieve tension and tightness (such as our neck exercises and stretches), while others feature more advanced techniques to assist with your fitness goals (such as our bodyweight exercises and resistance training). However they have all been designed with you in mind and feature the exercise models completing the exercise slowly, step-by-step and repeatedly with written instructions to make sure that everything is clear.
What is great about these videos is that should you need to avail of exercise therapy in between appointments at PhysioCare, you can see how to perform these exercises correctly and safely in the comfort of your own home.
