My name is Cathal Nolan.
I graduated with a degree in Health and Performance Science in UCD originally and then went on to complete a Physiotherapy degree from UCD in 2022 I completed a thesis in isokinetics and worked with the UCD rugby team and in the UCD Hub with under age soccer players during my time there .
I specialise in back, knee and ankle conditions .
Background in neurology from working in the National Rehabilitation Hospital for 2 years .
Skills- Strength and conditioning, functional rehabilitation , manual therapy and exercise prescription .
Outside of work , I spend my time cycling, swimming , hiking and playing soccer .
