Emma is our south region clinical lead, working from our Butterfield and Rathfarnham clinics. She is MSc Physiotherapy qualified with a degree from University College Dublin and holds a BSc Degree (Hons) in Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University. She completed a postgraduate ”Comprehensive Management of the Spine” course in Perth, Australia in 2025. In line with this, Emma has a special interest in the treatment and management of spinal complaints. 

She is a dedicated and caring physiotherapist with strong interpersonal skills. Her treatment approach combines manual therapy, dry needling, strapping/taping techniques and exercise-therapy. Emma is skilled in tailoring exercise programmes – with the aim of meeting each client’s individual needs and the ultimate goal of restoring function and enhancing well-being. 

In addition to her extensive work-experience within the sector of private practice physiotherapy, she has vast experience in athletic injury treatment, including working with GAA teams. Both her work-related and personal background in professional sports, provides her with a great ability to individualise treatment regimens to the specific needs of an athletic population. 

In her spare-time, she enjoys recreational running and weightlifting.
