Sinéad is a skilled senior chartered Physiotherapist specialising in Pilates and Women’s Health. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy with Honours at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in 2020. While in South Africa, Sinéad gained experience in a number of busy environments and settings which included general hospital, clinic, sport, school and rural/public health physiotherapy. Since then, she has furthered her education, completing courses in dry needling, Pilates and Women’s Health.
 

She brings a wealth of experience in both musculoskeletal and Women’s Health physiotherapy. Sinead believes in helping women manage the unique physical challenges they face throughout various stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause and beyond. She believes in empowering women to take control of their health and well-being and does this in a safe, supportive and empathetic environment, where patients feel heard and confident in their journey towards recovery.

 

Sinéad believes in a holistic approach – utilising a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, she creates a personalised treatment plan that focuses on restoring function, improving mobility and reducing discomfort. This is done by combining hands-on treatment with corrective exercise and education, to meet each patient’s rehabilitation goals.

 

She is described as a compassionate, hardworking, conscientious, and dedicated healthcare professional and values continuous learning, always striving to expand her skillset.
