Rachel is a CORU-registered physiotherapist with a strong foundation in movement, performance, and rehabilitation. After completing an undergraduate degree in Health and Performance Science at University College Dublin, she went on to earn a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from University College Cork.

With a passion for both sports physiotherapy and elderly care, Rachel enjoys working with a diverse range of clients—from athletes aiming to improve performance to older adults seeking to maintain independence, mobility, and quality of life. She is committed to supporting individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their health and movement goals through personalised physiotherapy care.

Rachel is actively involved with Ratoath Athletic Club and local GAA teams, where she provides tailored rehabilitation and injury-prevention programs to help individuals reach their full potential.

Rachel’s treatment approaches include dry needling, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation, delivered within a holistic and evidence-informed framework. She aims to empower each patient through education, tailored exercise programs, and hands-on therapy to achieve their personal goals and enhance overall well-being.

Whether on the pitch, in the clinic, or within the community, Rachel is dedicated to helping every person move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys swimming, running, and pilates.
