Steffi Manjrekar is a dedicated and experienced therapist with a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation from the University of Galway, Ireland, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India. With over 5 years of clinical experience, she brings a strong foundation in evidence-based care and a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free.
Steffi specializes in sports injuries, chronic pain management, post-surgical rehabilitation, and Vestibular-Ocular Rehab Specialist. Her advanced training enables her to assess and treat complex conditions such as dizziness, vertigo, balance impairments, and visual-vestibular dysfunctions—supporting patients in regaining confidence, stability, and independence.
Her Master’s degree has equipped her with in-depth knowledge of human movement, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation science, which she integrates into personalized treatment plans.
