Steffi Manjrekar – Exercise Physiologist and Rehab Specialist

Steffi Manjrekar is a CORU Registered Physiotherapist and MSc Exercise Physiologist & Rehabilitation Specialist with over five years of clinical experience helping individuals recover from injury, manage pain, and achieve their movement and performance goals. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation from the University of Galway, Ireland, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India.

Steffi has a special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, post-surgical recovery, and vestibular rehabilitation. Her advanced training enables her to assess and treat complex conditions such as dizziness, vertigo, balance impairments, and visual-vestibular dysfunctions, helping patients regain confidence, stability, and independence in their daily lives.

Drawing on her expertise in physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation science, Steffi develops individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s needs and goals. She combines hands-on therapy, evidence-based exercise prescription, movement retraining, and patient education to support effective recovery, long-term health, and injury prevention.
