Vitalia is a CORU-registered Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated with honours in Physiotherapy from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and movement-based rehabilitation to her practice across three PhysioCare locations.

Treatment Philosophy
Vitalia’s approach combines evidence-based manual therapy with mindful movement principles to help patients build strength, confidence, and lasting resilience. She integrates Pilates into her rehabilitation programmes to enhance posture, core stability, and functional movement patterns.
Currently completing her Mat, Reformer, and Barre Pilates instructor training, Vitalia draws on her personal practice in yoga and strength training to deliver a holistic, movement-focused approach to long-term health and recovery.
Beyond Clinical Practice
As a passionate advocate for sustainability in healthcare, Vitalia co-authored Ireland’s first Physiotherapy Planetary Health Report Card and continues to champion environmentally conscious clinical practice.
