PhysioCare is happy to be able to offer private personal training in Dublin in our private gyms. In both our Blanchardstown and Carrickmines clinics, we have fully private and state-of-the-art gym spaces that you can book into for a one-on-one hour long session with our personal trainers.
This one-on-one approach means that the focus is on you and your goals only for the duration of the session. Whether you are looking to improve sporting technique, rebuild strength and function following an injury, to lose weight or gain muscle mass; we highly recommend availing of personal training. The gym itself is booked for just yourself and your trainer so you have an uninterrupted session where all of the gym equipment and space is available to use. Following your session, you can also shower and change in a private space if you so wish.
At PhysioCare, the use of exercise therapy is an effective way to help and retrain the body following an injury or condition that is or has been causing you pain and discomfort. If you are attending us for physiotherapy, your physiotherapist may recommended some training sessions to aid and progress your recovery to help you get and feel better. If so, they liaise with the personal trainers and work together to ensure that you get the best and most desired results from your combined treatment.
So for a private and one-on-one focused hour of training that is designed specific to your needs and goals, personal training at PhysioCare is the way to go. With availability ranging from 7:00a.m. – 7:30p.m. Monday – Saturday, we should have a time to accommodate for your schedule.
