“Earlier this year my back went out when I was lifting a few boxes around the garage. PhysioCare helped me manage my pain over the first few bad days. After that I was started on a really good strengthening program. My back normally feels tired at the end of a long day on the building site but since I started my new program its been feeling much stronger.” – Tom, Knocklyon
